We are now taking pre-orders for our farm fresh pork. We have numerous litters of pigs being born every month to help keep up with demand for farm fresh pork. We sell pork in 3 primary packages, the full pig, a half pig, and a quarter pig. The traditional yield from a whole pig is between 160 and 180 pounds of pork. Our raising practices ensure the pork is extremely lean with very little fat but still very flavorful.
